So That's Why

 I have one post that gets viewed A LOT. Like everyday. I could not figure out why this particular post was so popular. It wasn't an in-depth commentary. So why the hell is it in my stats all the time?

I was on Pinterest last night and I saw this:

I thought, huh, I have used that picture before. So I clicked on it. The pin lead to my blog. To the post that keeps getting viewed every day. 

I feel a little bad because it isn't my artwork. I THINK it's Sarah Anne Lawless, but I can't swear to it. So someone, years ago, made a pin for my blog and people are still coming here. Blows my mind. I would like to repeat that; I have made pins before. But for some reason mine are never popular. 

I also thought about making my own sigils/transmutation circles. That's a lot of work, and I already have several projects going. I have some Celtic knot art, though that was art for art's sake, not a spell. I think that's the allure of this picture- this is obviously a spell. I have noticed charmed/empowered objects always draw attention, regardless of spell intent. 

So anyway, I found out what was going on. I have no idea what to do about it. Maybe I should ask the pin creator to make some more pins. Maybe I would get 30 consistent readers instead of 3. Maybe I could sell some art. Or maybe I'm asking too much. IDK.

What would y'all like to see more of on this blog? Discussion of any particular subjects? Something I haven't covered? Sewing tutorials? Political issues? (For the record, I am about as feminist-liberal-tree hugging as you can get.) More Magick? Witches? Wizards? I don't really talk about fairies because I respect their privacy stance. I can cook but I don't like it. I have a Bachelor's degree, so I can discuss books and movies with an emphasis on all the things your English professor would like to see in your essays. I can't teach you how to turn off your analytical brain and just enjoy the movie. I am not sure how I managed to turn my brain off. For years I would start analyzing movies even I wasn't writing a paper. I think after graduation, I became too busy to write, so analyst me faded.
