Today we are looking at mandalas which are simply designs meant to be colored for meditation. The coloring itself is meant to be a form of meditation because it allows you to understand how the design is put together, and therefor, how it works. After the mandala is colored meditation is supposed to come easier because the next time you look at it, your body will remember the stillness/peace/relaxation it felt before and automatically return to that state. If you are having trouble figuring out what a transmutation circle does, it may help to color it like a mandala.
